Collection & Delivery Policy

Collect from the shop in San Ġwann, or have your order delivered across Malta and Għawdex. The date on the quote is the date.

Collection

Collection is free from:

We tell you the moment your order is Ready for Collection. Bring your order number. If you would like someone else to collect on your behalf, let us know their name in advance. Orders not collected within 30 days of being ready are held while we contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

Delivery

We deliver across Malta and Għawdex. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the order and is quoted with the job — on web orders it is shown at checkout before you pay. Deliveries are made on working days to the address you give us; please make sure someone is there to receive and check the goods.

Turnaround

Short runs: 1–5 tees from 48 hours, subject to stock. Other short runs carry their turnaround on the product page.

Batch orders: the date is on your quote and is firm once you approve the proof and payment is received. Garments for batch orders come direct from the factory, so the quote includes their lead time.

The clock starts when both the proof approval and the payment are in. A late approval moves the date; we tell you the new one straight away.

If We Miss a Date

We own it in the first sentence, give you the new date in the second, and agree a concrete make-good with you. If a date is critical — an event, a launch, a team kit-out — tell us when you ask for the quote and we plan the job around it.

Order Updates

Every order moves through the same stages, and we tell you at each one:

  • Received — immediately after you order or accept a quote
  • Artwork Approved — when you sign off the proof
  • On Press / Stitching — when production starts
  • Ready for Collection or Out for Delivery — when it is done

Weekends & Public Holidays

We do not run production or deliveries on Sundays or public holidays, and these days do not count towards a turnaround. Shop closures are posted on our homepage in advance.

Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to you on payment in full. Risk passes to you when you or your representative collect the goods, or when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Outside Malta

Ordering from outside Malta? Say so when you request your quote and we will come back with the delivery options and costs. International delivery times are provided for guidance only.
